The work comes in four parts: fire protection, which is supplying and installing equipment; maintenance, which is inspecting, testing and servicing it; compliance, which is helping owners and managers get their fire safety measures documented and fixed; and safety solutions, which covers evacuation diagrams, signage, staff walk-throughs and advice.

The way we work
This is how we set out to work on every job.
Turn up when we say. We arrive at the time we gave you. If something changes, you hear about it beforehand, not after.
Explain things in plain words. We tell you what a piece of equipment is for, what condition it is in and what your options are, in words you could repeat to someone else.
Write down what we found. After a visit you are left with a written record of what was checked, what was fine and what needs attention.
Tell you what it costs before we do it. You get the cost of any work up front, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
Tell you when something is outside our scope. Some fire safety work belongs with a different kind of specialist or a particular authority. When a job is not ours to do, we say so and point you toward who to ask.
