What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, suburb, what you need and a message. We ask for those details so we can reply to you. When you send the form, the server also records the time and your IP address, which we use to stop abuse. Enquiries are delivered by email through our website provider, Bizix IT, and a copy of each one is kept so none is lost.
What we do with it
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to do the work. That might mean calling you back, arranging a visit or sending you a report.
We do not sell your details.
How the form keeps spam out
The contact form uses a proof-of-work check instead of tracking cookies. Before your message is sent, your browser quietly does a small calculation in the background. That costs one person sending one message almost nothing, and it makes life hard for a program trying to send a flood of junk.
The check does not identify you and does not follow what you do on other websites.
No advertising trackers
This site has no advertising trackers, so nothing here follows you around the web.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
